Just how well do you know Lechlade?

Looking for something to keep the kids occupied during the summer holidays?  Visit Lechlade Community Library to buy a copy of the Lechlade Treasure Trail, and take friends and family with you to solve the mystery of the Lost Blade of Babylon.

As you follow this self-guided treasure hunt themed Treasure Trail, can you solve the sneaky clues set on existing buildings, permanent features and monuments to discover the location of the buried treasure?  The trail route explores the town with an option to cross Halfpenny Bridge to have a picnic by the river.  The Lechlade Trail is approximately 1.6 miles long and would take around two hours to complete.  When you’ve finished, submit your answer online at the Treasure Trails website to find out if you can claim bragging rights as super-sleuths!

Treasure Trails are ideal for discovering more about where you live (or where you are visiting), are fun for children and adults of all ages, and can be done at your own time and pace.  There are clues of all difficulties to solve, so it’s as much fun for the adults as the little ones.  Get your copy of the Lechlade Treasure Trail from Lechlade Community Library for just £10.
